Returns/Exchanges
Upon receiving the purchased goods, make sure to inspect them for any manufacturing defects. Our policy allows 14 days to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once you detect a defect, take detailed pictures and email them to info@roaddefined.com within 14 days of receiving the products
If you are approved, we will instruct you on how to return the goods
Once we receive the items your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
